Does this monitor have touch function?

No, this 15.6 inch portable display doesn’t support touch.

My laptop and monitor are connected with a Type C to C cable, showing “No Signal” , how can i solve it?

The USB Type C interface needs to support Thunderbolt 3/4. Please confirm whether your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3/4. Otherwise your laptop can’t transmit signal via usb c to usb C cable.

I can’t save the settings | made in the OSD menu, is this normal?

If only Type-C connection is used, the power-saving mode will automatically turn on and no settings will be saved. If you need to save the settings, please provide separate power supply for the monitor.
