Caution:
1. When you receive the 300W power station, please check whether the DC charger inside the package is intact. And we recommend that you first use the indoor power until it turns off 0% automatically and then recharge to 100%.
2. When you use a 300W power station with more than 100W power, the fan can be noisy. This is a normal phenomenon because its heat dissipation is increasing.
3. When using PD port, the power should not exceed 65W as much as possible.
4. The maximum power output of the AC port is 300W, it is recommended that less than 300W portable, in this case, the charging will be more stable, and the laptop should not be less than 10% of the power, it is easy to activate the maximum power.
5. For ease of use, our button has been improved and updated. If the button does not work, please contact customer service and send photos and videos quickly.
6. To protect the battery of the power plant, we have installed the automatic shutdown function. When you don’t use the power bank for 5 minutes, it will automatically turn off; If you want to cancel the function, you can open all buttons at the same time (except the light button).
7. For safety reasons, our power station built-in battery and inverter board have temperature sensor devices. When the battery reaches 60℃, it will start the protection mechanism and automatically shut off; when the inverter plate reaches 85℃, it will protect and shut off automatically at 45℃.
8. If you want to charge faster, we recommend that you prioritize using AC or PD port for charging.
